The doctors at Parkway Primary Care understand that wellness and health are very personal isues. We know that the key to patient wellness is far more than writing a prescription. Dr. Shane Keller and Dr. Tina Philip’s combined years of experience give their patients peace of mind.
Meet Our Doctors
Dr. Shane Keller, MD - Family Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Keller was raised in the small west texas town of Sonora. From 93-97 he attended college at Texas A&M University and shortly thereafter at medical school at UTMB in Galvestion from 97-01. Afterwards, he spent his residency at the UTMB Family Medicine Program from 01-04. Dr. Keller also served as assistant professor at UTMB Family Medicine in 2005.
Dr. Keller and wife Whitney have one child Corbin.
Dr. Keller is happy to help Pflugerville area families improve and maintain their health and wellness.

Dr. Tina J. Philip, DO
Dr. Philip was born in the border town of Weslaco, Texas, but grew up in Sugar Land, TX just outside of Houston. She attended college at the University of California at Riverside. Although, she enjoyed her time in the sunny state of California, she returned to Texas and attended medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth - Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine (what a mouthful!). Following medical school, Dr. Philip stayed in Fort Worth and completed her residency in Family Medicine at John Peter Smith Hospital, the largest (and in her somewhat biased opinion, the best) family medicine program in the country.
Dr. Philip is happy to call Austin her new home, and is looking forward to bringing her experience and training to her new patients in Pflugerville!
Our Staff
Linda Lucas - Office Manager
Linda was born and raised in the Austin, Texas area and graduated from Pflugerville High School in 1994. She comes to Parkway Primary Care with 10 years of administrative healthcare experience. Linda has been married for a little over a year and has a beautiful Blue Heeler named Jax. She loves photography, scrapbooking and spending quality time with her family and friends.
